Job Description Principal Solution Architecture We are seeking an experienced and motivated Cloud Software Engineer, with extensive enterprise IT experience to join the Cloud Engineering team to help drive cloud transformation. The objective of the role is to build technical infrastructure solutions in Amazon AWS and Microsoft Azure. Responsibilities In this role, the Software Engineer will be responsible for building, developing and improving infrastructure cloud products and automation on Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure Coordinate adoption of technology standards related to runtime infrastructure Drive operational design for runtime, especially the integration of software with hardware infrastructure Formulate and drive best practices around runtime design Facilitate design reviews of all products and services to ensure they are operable Assist with strategic planning and road-mapping for hosting infrastructure Lead efforts to conduct risk management assessment early to predict and prevent runtime defects while also handling issue management for defects that were not predicted Participate in cross-company technology initiatives Job Requirements BS degree in Computer Science or closely related discipline Excellent verbal and written communicator 1 years hands on experience with cloud computing, Amazon AWS and Azure preferable Strong understanding and knowledge of automation tools (Chef or Puppet), AWS Services (EC2, Network, ELB, S3/EBS, etc.) or similar public cloud platform is a must 3 years of software engineering experience Strong development experience in at least one of the following languages (Python, Node.JS, Java or Ruby) Solid understanding of load balancing, Linux/UNIX-related network services, TCP/IP networking, CDNs, Squid, LDAP, NFS, DHCP, DNS, and SNMP Experience with virtualization technologies a plus Experience with at least one CI/CD or SDLC tool such as Jenkins, Circle CI, Concourse, etc. Knowledge of iterative software development fundamentals, including possibly experience with Scrum, Agile or other iterative approaches AWS Solution Architect Associate, AWS Developer Associate or Microsoft Azure Administrator certifications desirable WHY IS WORTH WORKING WITH US profit from our VIP medical package with free travel insurance and dental care, sport medicine, life insurance and Benefit System (Multisport) explore new technologies at our Innovation Lab (3D printer, Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality equipment, Robot construction kit, Internet of Things devices, Access to quantum computer via IBM Cloud) lift your qualifications through a wide range of trainings and get technical certification reimbursement no dress code, flexible working time and get an additional day off recommend your friends and get a very attractive referral bonus use your car or bike to get to the office - free of charge parking lot for employees We will give careful consideration to your application and review your details against the position criteria.
